Marketing & Merchant Success Manager

Radiant is seeking an entrepreneurial Marketing & Merchant Success Manager to join our team. We are looking for an all-rounder who can build meaningful long-term relationships through delivering excellent service.

You will be responsible for the budding app (SaaS) side of the business, and will be tasked with growing the business via marketing initiatives, as well as supporting existing merchants using our apps, ensuring that they are getting the most out of them and are incentivised to stay on the platforms.

We are looking for a business-minded all-rounder who can identify opportunities for growth for both business and our clients’. You will need to be a fast learner who can quickly grasp and adapt to the pace of our industry (e-commerce). 

This is a great opportunity for an entrepreneurial graduate to join a small company and take ownership over a division of our business, gaining enormous experience and progressing quickly as the company grows.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Managing marketing channels for our apps, including influencers/affiliates, SEO, email marketing, etc.

  • Developing personal connections with our most valuable clients.

  • Providing strategic guidance. 

  • Assisting with setups. (No coding experience necessary).

  • Providing customer support to existing clients.

  • Surveying existing clients and providing feedback to the product team for requested improvements.

  • Managing our referral scheme.

  • Reviewing our usage data to identify opportunities for growth.

  • Demonstrating a clear ROI to our clients.

  • Attending industry events to network with agencies and tech companies.

We’re looking for:

  • High commercial awareness and entrepreneurial spirit.

  • A high degree of emotional intelligence.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and comfortable speaking with a range of clients.

  • An interest in design, tech, and E-Commerce.

  • A strategic, creative, and pragmatic problem solver.

  • A proactive team player with a 'can-do' attitude.

Desirable skills:

  • Undergraduate degree in a business, humanities, or related field.

  • Experience with e-commerce and Shopify

  • An ability to understand data, and convert it into useful information.

  • Somebody who understands what good customer service is and always seeks to provide it.
