Marketing Director
Radiant is seeking an experienced marketing professional to join our team in Birmingham and drive all internal marketing initiatives.
We are a small but growing company and are looking for somebody who thrives in that environment and can help take us to the next level. The chosen candidate will work closely with the Managing Director and Commercial Director, and also our Client Services Director.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced marketeer to join a small agency and make a huge impact with your knowledge, experience, and enthusiasm.
What you’ll be doing:
End-to-end ownership of company marketing efforts
Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive awareness of Radiant
Lead the development of all marketing plans
Liaising with any freelance workers, e.g. SEO, copywriters, social media
Monitor progress and submit reports
Conduct market research to keep abreast of industry trends and competitor movements
Become a public-facing face of Radiant
We’re looking for:
Proven experience including specific case studies in similar sized businesses and industries.
A driven and decisive character
Somebody who is efficient and creative
5-10 years of experience in similar industries
E-Commerce experience
Knowledge of Shopify’s platform is highly beneficial
