Senior Full Stack Developer (Full Time or Contract)
Radiant is seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer to join our team. We are looking for a developer who shares our values of innovation, service, excellence, collaboration, and empowerment.
This is a small but fast-growing company with offices in Birmingham and Leeds, so we are looking for somebody who thrives in that environment. We’re looking for a competent and detail-focused developer who works well in a team, solves problems, and can provide mentorship to other members of the team.

What you’ll be doing:
Work across the full stack, building highly scalable distributed solutions that enable positive user experiences and measurable business growth
Developing professional e-commerce stores on the Shopify platform for a range of clients.
Bringing designs to life using HTML/SASS/JavaScript.
Working closely with our retained clients on maintaining their existing stores.
Working closely with the project manager to deliver projects.
Working on a small number of high quality clients.
Build backend applications on the Shopify platform
Writing effective APIs
Work with development teams and product managers to ideate software solutions
We’re looking for:
5+ years of experience
Modern Javascript (ES6+, npm)
Liquid
CSS3+/SCSS
Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role
Knowledge of multiple back-end languages (e.g JavaScript, PHP) and JavaScript frameworks (e.g React, Node.js)
Experience with databases (e.g PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and web servers (e.g nginx, Apache)
Git/Version Control experience
Ability to work confidently within terminal
Excellent written and spoken English
Experience with Shopify
Desirable:
Experience in an agency or in-house
Degree in computer science
Experience in unit/integration testing
