Full Fat Commerce was honoured to design Eme-Té’s website from top to bottom. We featured neutral colours with muted undertones that allowed the products to do all of the talking — without ever being boring. The copy and typography emphasise industry knowledge and experience while remaining welcoming. One huge design feature was the consistent product photography despite a range of products and brands, all in order to keep the site cohesive. Within individual product pages, the design made a note to incorporate intricate product details and suggestions on how you should size, both for a flawless buying experience.
Our development team used analytics to drive the development of this site; knowing that 95% of Eme-Té’s sales come from mobile users, we put a heavy focus on phone-friendly e-commerce. The smoothly rotating homepage banner module highlights individual links with brand updates and just-in products. Wanting a more intuitive catalog fit for multiple designers, the new side navigation functionality takes customers to best sellers or allows them to quickly jump to specific product categories with ease. New development included multiple avenues for finding products, categories, or designers, as well as embedded marketing assets such as scrolling reviews and social media access.
