About Beyond Nine
Beyond Nine was founded by Naomi Raybould, who experienced the struggle to find stylish, comfortable and high quality maternity wear first-hand when pregnant with her first two kids. Determined to create clothing that she actually wanted to wear, while keeping the production process ethical and sustainable, led her to building the Beyond Nine brand as a source of bump-friendly styles for women in any stage of life.
Beyond Nine is truly tailored to the needs of their customers, and the style of the website needed to reflect that. We created a bespoke mega menu and navigation to better reflect the beautiful, comfortable clothes customers are exploring on the site. Bespoke elements were included throughout the site to keep the premium feel of the brand consistent. On the redesigned product page, charming scrolling text explores how versatile each piece in the collection is. This dynamic element gives the page a truly bespoke feel that sets it apart from bigger retailers with blocky and static pages. This scrolling element is also used on category pages as a hover state to add a little energy to a more casual browsing experience.
We implemented extra functionality throughout the Beyond Nine site, including a Wishlist feature with our partner Klaviyo. Customer retention was also streamlined by migrating from Mailchimp to Klaviyo, and integrating the Klaviyo Back in Stock functionality to keep customers in the loop about their favourite items.
