Full Fat Commerce is seeking an Outbound Sales Executive to join our team.

We are a small but fast growing company, so we are looking for somebody who thrives in that environment. We are a collaborative team, so this role would suit someone who isn’t afraid to share their ideas.

We’re looking for a tenacious, naturally outgoing salesperson who is looking for an opportunity to make a huge difference to a small company. You’ll receive training and ongoing coaching, so whilst sales experience isn’t necessary - you’ll be able to spot opportunities and build relationships. As we grow, so will you.

What you'll be doing

  • Making initial contact with prospective clients
  • Following up and building relationships
  • Providing value and educating prospective clients
  • Scheduling discovery calls for the sales team
  • Representing the company in line with our values

Required skills

  • Natural sales ability
  • Outgoing and charismatic
  • Resilience - you're going to get rejected a lot!
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Excellent written communication
  • An ability to think quickly and handle objections

Desirable skills

  • An interest or prior knowledge of e-commerce or Shopify would be beneficial
  • An interest in our target verticals (fashion, cosmetics, food and beverage, home)
