Full Fat Commerce is seeking a Head of Sales to join our team. Our number one value is 100% client satisfaction, and we are looking for someone who shares that value and will ensure that it is implemented from our very first interaction with any prospective client.

We are a very small but growing company, so we are looking for somebody who thrives in that environment. We’re looking for someone who can work with our clients on an ongoing basis to help them achieve their ecommerce goals.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced salesperson to join a small agency and make a huge difference to the company.

What you'll be doing

  • Taking responsibility for all of the agency's sales and revenue
  • Building relationships with proposective clients
  • Identifying pain points and offering solutions
  • Enflaming imaginations
  • Closing high-value deals
  • Dealing with inbound enquiries
  • Invoicing clients

Required skills

  • Demonstrated successful sales history
  • Experience in an agency
  • Experience in the ecommerce industry
  • Unrivalled interpersonal skills
  • Confident verbal and written communicator
  • Ability to identify client pain points and find solutions
  • Ability to build trust and relationships
  • Ability to communicate effectively with our (mostly) remote team
  • Team player

Desirable skills

  • Knowledge of Shopify is advantageous
