Full Fat Commerce is seeking a UK-based Business Development Manager to join our team. Our number one value is 100% client satisfaction, and we are looking for someone who shares that value and will ensure that it is implemented from our very first interaction with any prospective client.

We are a very small but growing company, so we are looking for somebody who thrives in that environment. We’re looking for someone who can work with our clients on an ongoing basis to help them achieve their ecommerce goals.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced salesperson to join a small agency and make a huge difference to the company.

What you'll be doing

  • Responding to enquiries through our website
  • Building relationships with prospective clients via phone, Zoom, and email
  • Always responding promptly to clients and representing the company and our ethics well
  • Liaising with relevant members of our team to quote projects
  • Presenting proposals to prospective clients
  • Building relationships with tech and agency partners
  • Invoicing clients
  • Closing high-value sales
  • Handing over new clients to the project team and introducing kick-off calls
  • Using your down-time to proactively develop relationships and find outbound leads

  • Demonstrated successful sales history
  • Unrivalled interpersonal skills
  • Confident verbal and written communicator
  • Ability to identify client pain points and find solutions
  • Ability to build trust and relationships
  • Ability to communicate effectively with our (mostly) remote team
  • Team player

Desirable skills

  • Knowledge of E-Commerce is advantageous
  • Prior experience/knowledge of Shopify is highly advantageous
