Full Fat Commerce is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. We are looking for someone who shares our values and will implement them from our very first interaction with any prospective client.

We are a small but growing company, so we are looking for somebody who thrives in that environment. We’re looking for someone who can work with our clients on an ongoing basis to help them achieve their ecommerce goals.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced salesperson to join a small agency and make a huge difference to the company.

What you'll be doing

  • Building relationships with prospective clients
  • Identifying pain points and offering solutions as an authority on e-commerce
  • Accurately scoping projects
  • Creating and delivering proposals
  • Closing high-value deals
  • Dealing with inbound enquiries
  • Invoicing clients
  • Working within the commercial sales and marketing team to achieve objectives

  • Demonstrated successful sales history
  • Unrivalled interpersonal skills
  • Confident verbal and written communicator
  • Ability to identify client pain points and find solutions in a consultative manner
  • Ability to build trust and relationships

Desirable skills

  • Experience in an agency
  • Experience in the ecommerce industry
  • Knowledge of Shopify and the ecosystem is advantageous
